Hertha Berlin - Club Formed in 1936

The Olympiastadion (English Olympic Stadium) in Berlin, was designed by German architect Werner March and constructed between 1934 and 1936 for the 1936 Summer Olympics. It replaced the German Stadium designed by Werner's father Otto March. It was being refurbished for the Football World Cup 2006 until mid-2004. Also the stadium was used for 3 matches in the 1974 Football World Cup.

It is currently the home of Hertha BSC Berlin and Berlin Thunder, a NFL Europe football club.
