Ajaccio - Stade Francois Coty

Francois Coty stadium is the home of the football club AC Ajaccio. The stadium was inaugurated on December 1, 1969 under it's official name of Parc des Sports de laca but was also known as the Stade Timizzilo. At this time it could hold 12000 spectators of which 6000 seated. On the opening day no less than 15000 people turned up to see the match between AC Ajaccio & SC Bastia.

The stadium has gone through many changes over the years but to this day still is not up to League one standards.
